M.E.S.H.E.D. Support Saturdays and Sundays
M.E.S.H.E.D. Support Saturdays and Sundays are a time for M.E.S.H.E.D. clients, supporters, and coaches to come together and do something fun! We’ll often take advantage of popular trails, lakes, and parks to get M.E.S.H.E.D. up! Yet, there will be times when indoor space is more appropriate. Different activities will be posted weekly on the M.E.S.H.E.D. Seminars & Event Calendar. If you are interested in attending or have a wonderful idea, please do so via our M.E.S.H.E.D. calendar.
Our main objective is to EMPOWER our clients to take control of their health and fitness. Besides coaching, we strive to help our clients build an at-home training space that is conducive for a sustainable M.E.S.H.E.D. Lifestyle long after they complete their time with M.E.S.H.E.D. We strive for client independence. Each person will have an individual M.E.S.H.E.D. plan, and thus a lifestyle that works for their lives.
We also bring to you the industry’s most innovative and new equipment that allows you to build upon your functional strength, and provides an incredible degree of versatility in your program. It also gives you an opportunity to see what works for you, what challenges you, and most importantly, what you ENJOY! Having a strong understanding of these things will allow you to create a personal practice that yields sustained RESULTS!

Most of our events given the title are pretty self-explanatory. However, there are a few that are unique to M.E.S.H.E.D., and below descriptions are given. If you have any specific questions regarding the activities, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.
Jog-Eat-Jogs...How it Works:
The group meets at a designated spot. We park our cars approximately 30 minutes from a healthy restaurant. We then walk or jog to the restaurant. We eat, chat, and get the support we need while having fun! Following our time at the restaurant, we walk 30 minutes back to our cars. Essentially, the walk or jog will ‘eat’ or burn-up our calories and help with digestion, as well as the balance our blood sugar levels on the way back to our cars. It’s like killing THREE birds with one stone! Yes, I said THREE!!! Bird one: rev-up your metabolism, preparing your body to want to eat. Bird two: You have a great time with a wonderful group of people who support you. Bird three: Walking for 30 minutes after a meal helps with digestion and metabolism. It’s never a good idea to sit after a meal.
