This High-Intensity Interval Training experience will have your glutes firing, core torched and you on your way to a bikini, hourglass figure.  Weight loss alone can’t and won’t build you a T.L.C. body.  This class is perfect for those using a waist trainer or for those who desire the hourglass figure without the contraption.  Want to lose weight?  Want a T.L.C. Bikini Bootcamp will leave you stronger, learner, curvier, and more empowered to take control of your health, mind, body, and spirit—The M.E.S.H.E.D. way.

T.L.C. Bikini Bootcamp combines the effectiveness of bootcamp fitness, High- Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), with the most effective booty and core sculpting exercises used by the best bikini athletes.

T.L.C. Bikini Bootcamp is specifically designed by Isha B. to fit every fitness level, from beginner to advanced.  Whether you want to lose inches, build strength, or get ready for a competition, this program will help you reach your goal with visible results!


What TLC Bikini Bootcamp Looks Like

  • Orientation session.  This is where introductions take place, nutritional info is provided, where initial assessments are conducted, completion of a short introductory workout, etc.
  • 3 bootcamps per week. These are 30-45 minutes, but challenging in a whole new way – less time, more results!
  • Learn new yoga sets, breathing techniques, and meditations to help bring the 'M' (meditation) in MESHED to your everyday life
  • Each week, one bootcamp will focus on core, one on upper body, one on lower body – always with cardio components.
  • 6-minute daily “homework” workouts. These are designed to create a caloric after-burn all day long, and get you in the right mindset for staying fit, healthy, and motivated.  
            *While 6 minutes may seem incredibly short, you'll burn an average of 50 calories during the 6 minutes, but more importantly     
              these 6 minute daily blasts boost your metabolism to burn an additional 250 calories during the next 24 hours. That's 300 calories 
             burned by investing only 6 minutes
    .
  • Metabolic profiling and ongoing feedback from me on how to boost your metabolism all day!
  • Access to M.E.S.H.E.D.'s specially designed web portal, in which you get your own personal page to access and track:
    • Daily videos and personally designed 'homework'
    • Food intake & log track
    • Body measurements and assessments
    • Healthy recipes
    • and more…

*This portal also includes a community board where you can interact with fellow bootcamp students and me, your coach, to share thoughts, complain about how sore we are or how tough the daily homework was, and MOST OF ALL – where we can cheer each other on even when we aren’t at bootcamp-cultivating a SUPER SUPPORT CULTURE!
